Qualus to acquire PFES from Odyssey Investment partners-backed The Planet Group.

Qualus, a power services firm, agreed to acquire PFES, a provider of strategic consulting and functional outsourcing solutions, from Odyssey Investment partners-backed The Planet Group, a group of related global consulting organizations and renowned staffing brands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction allows The Planet Group to sharpen the focus of our portfolio and become an even bigger force in outsourced human capital for the technology and digital transformation, engineering, marketing, and professional services consulting and staffing areas," Tim Simmerly, The Planet Group President.
