KKR-backed Groundworks completed the acquisition of Rainy Day Basement Systems.

KKR-backed Groundworks, a foundation and water management solutions company, completed the acquisition of Rainy Day Basement Systems, a provider of crawl space repair and basement waterproofing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As a family-owned business, finding the right partner to help grow our company to new heights that also shares in our dedication to our customers and employees was of the utmost importance.
