Sky Island Capital-backed Kaufhold’s Kurds completed the acquisition of Curdtown, a producer of deep-fried, white cheddar cheese curds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Curdtown brand is an excellent fit for Kaufhold’s Kurds.
