PAG-backed Patties Food Group completed the acquisition of National Pies.

PAG-backed Patties Food Group, an Australian food manufacturer and marketer of frozen convenience and ready-meal products, completed the acquisition of National Pies, a producer and wholesale supplier of primarily chilled savoury products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “After 85 years of production, across three generations, National Pies’ owner Rob Gough has entered into a conditional agreement to sell the business to Patties Food Group,” Geraldine Tebbutt, National Pies CEO.
