iCON Infrastructure completed the acquisition of Utility Pipeline from Brown Brothers Harriman.

iCON Infrastructure, an independent investment firm, focusing on privately held investments in infrastructure assets in Europe and North America, completed the acquisition of Utility Pipeline, a natural gas service provider, from Brown Brothers Harriman, an investment management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
