Vulcan Energy Resources to acquire Geox from IKAV Group.

Vulcan Energy Resources, a lithium and renewable energy producer, agreed to acquire Geox, an owner and operator of geothermal wells and renewable energy generation assets, from IKAV Group, an asset management group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
