Hannover Finanz, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Freeglass, an automotive plastic glazing specialist, from Saint-Gobain, a provider of construction, high-performance, and other materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction is part of Saint-Gobain's continued business profile optimization strategy, in line with the "Grow & Impact" strategic plan.
