Apax, a private equity advisory firm, completed the investment in Altus Fire & Life Safety, a provider of regulation-mandated fire and life safety services in the Northeastern region of the USA. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We're excited to partner with John and the team at Altus to significantly scale the business.
