26North Partners, a next-generation alternatives platform, completed the acquisition of Archkey Solutions, a service provider for electrical, technologies, and specialty systems, for $1.015bn. One Rock Capital Partners, which acquired a stake in the company in 2021, and ArchKey’s current and former management will remain invested.
