Weatherford International completed the acquisition of Datagration.

Weatherford International, an American multinational oilfield service company, completed the acquisition of Datagration, a software company providing open ecosystems platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition of Datagration is another step forward as we continue to differentiate our technology portfolio.
