BAE Systems completed the acquisition of Kirintec.

BAE Systems, a British multinational aerospace, defence and information security company, completed the acquisition of Kirintec, an agile defence and security business specalizing in the design and production of innovative security technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The opportunity for CEMA expansion is significant amidst today's increasingly digitally-driven battlespace.
