Affidea Lietuva to acquire Synlab Lietuva from Synlab International.

Affidea Lietuva, a pan-European provider of diagnostic imaging, polyclinic, and specialist healthcare services, agreed to acquire Synlab Lietuva from Synlab International, an international medical diagnostics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of SYNLAB Lithuania is an important step in our expansion plan in Lithuania where we built a network of community-based polyclinics, offering integrated healthcare services. This decision to add laboratories to our business reinforces our commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
