DERTOUR Group to acquire Anixe from FTI.

DERTOUR Group, an European tourism organization, agreed to acquire Anixe, a tech company focused on delivering advanced technological sales solutions for the travel, from FTI, a tour operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand our IT expertise with this move. The Anixe team, which specialises in digital distribution solutions, perfectly complements our expertise and we are looking forward to jointly further developing our technology in support of our distribution partners,” Joao Gonzaga, DERTOUR Group Chief Digital and Information Officer.
