Genuine Parts Company completed the acquisition of Auto Parts Group.

Genuine Parts Company, a global distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts, completed the acquisition of Auto Parts Group, a national supplier of replacement parts to the automotive industry, with major distribution centres in each state and a national delivery footprint. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Acquiring APG is a natural extension of GPC Asia Pacific’s current operations. It enables us to extend into a large and resilient sector of the automotive industry, one that has favourable tailwinds and which will benefit from GPC’s global scale and capabilities," Rob Cameron, GPC Asia Pacific Managing Director and Group CEO.
