Ramboll, a global engineering, architecture, and consultancy company, completed the acquisition of i3 Solutions, a consulting company specializing in data center strategy, planning, design, and commissioning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With i3 Solutions, we get a company on board with deep, technical domain knowledge within data centers, which will strengthen our consultancy within integrated, innovative data center solutions and strengthen Ramboll's position at the top of the international league of data center consulting companies," Peter Heymann Andersen, Ramboll Group Chief Operating Officer.
