Capital Croissance completed the investment in Aether Financial Services.

Capital Croissance, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Aether Financial Services, an independent provider of financial transaction execution services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In this context of market consolidation, we wanted to position ourselves as a capital-intensive partner for all the players in our ecosystem who share our values of professionalism and excellence in the delivery of their services.
