Unical Aviation completed the acquisition of Ecube from Baird Capital.

Unical Aviation, an aftermarket parts supplier to the global aerospace industry, completed the acquisition of Ecube, an aircraft storage, disassembly and transition services provider, from Baird Capital, a capital market company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Baird Capital have been a fantastic partner to ecube over the last four years.
