AIGF Advisors completed the investment in Berjaya.

AIGF Advisors, a private equity firm completed the investment in Berjaya, a Malaysian manufacturer and exporter of commercial foodservice equipment and refrigerators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Berjaya CKE has built its highly-reputed Berjaya brand over the years by focusing on the quality and extent of its product and service offering. We are now seeing an increasingly competitive F&B landscape, with evolving and more demanding customer requirements.
