Bonterra completed the acquisition of DonorDrive from Vista Equity-backed EngageSmart.

Bonterra, a social good software company creating technology for the greatest good, completed the acquisition of EngageSmart, a provider of peer-to-peer and digital fundraising solutions, from Vista Equity-backed InvoiceCloud, a company that provides modern digital payment, customer engagement, and outbound disbursement solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Now more than ever, supporters want to give more — and nonprofits need more sustainable giving.
