HQ Equita-backed Elovade, a value-added European software distributor, completed the acquisition of Inuit, a Swedish IT solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the expansion of the Nordic region, we are consistently pursuing our objective of expanding our VAD Group across Europe.
