ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of Level Lock.

ASSA ABLOY, ASSA ABLOY, a Swedish group whose offerings include products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, completed the acquisition of Level Lock, a technology solutions business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Level Lock complements ASSA ABLOY's technology portfolio and strengthens our digital offering across multiple businesses in the Americas division.
