ConnectWise completed the acquisition of SkyKick and Axcient.

ConnectWise, a software company dedicated to the success of managed service providers, completed the acquisition of SkyKick, a cloud backup and management software company, and Axcient, a provider of data protection and disaster recovery solutions.
