Paval and Apex Alliance completed the acquisition of Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort from WF Swiss Hospitality.

Paval, an investment entity, and Apex Alliance, a hotel operator, completed the acquisition of Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort from WF Swiss Hospitality, a portfolio company of a private equity firm.
