Vidia Equity-backed PolymerCycle completed the acquisition of PB Group, a plastics recycling firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. PB Group is headquartered in Schömberg near Stuttgart and operates four production sites across Germany with a dedicated team of 46 employees. The group trades and processes around 90 kilotons of plastic waste annually.
