BizLink completed the acquisition of Easys for €51.5m.

BizLink, a Taiwanese interconnect solutions company, completed the acquisition of Easys, a Slovakia-based company specializing in the mechanical and electrical installation of switchgear and control power cabinets, for €51.5m. "The company views this deal as an attractive opportunity to bolster strategic plans to attract and win even more high-value assembly projects from the semiconductor industry across more regions," Roger Liang, BizLink Chairman.
