Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of Liquid Bottles.

Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group, a company specializing in high-quality packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Liquid Bottles, a company focused on supplying plastic and glass containers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Liquid Bottles has built an impressive business over its 10-year history, and we welcome the company to the Novvia family.
