Mastercard to acquire Recorded Future from Insight Partners for $2.65bn.

Mastercard, a multinational financial services corporation, agreed to acquire Recorded Future, a cybersecurity and threat intelligence company, from Insight Partners, a venture capital firm, for $2.65bn. “Trust is the foundation of any relationship.
