Ridgemont-backed Agape Care Group, a hospice and palliative care provider, completed the acquisition of hospice services in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Georgia from Crossroads Hospice, a company helping patients with chronic and life-limiting illnesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The culture of Agape Care Group is everything we envisioned in an acquisition partner. Their clinical quality and operational success give us great comfort and we expect the Crossroads staff to integrate seamlessly with the Agape Care team in these markets,” Perry Farmer, Crossroads Hospice CEO.
