Impetus Wellness Group completed the acquisition of Reliance Vitamin from Swader Pace Group.

Impetus Wellness Group, a wellness-focused platform company, completed the acquisition of Reliance Vitamin, a premium quality dietary supplements manufacturer, from Swader Pace Group, private equity firm focused on investing in and growing consumer products companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been a privilege to partner with the Reliance team.
