Summa Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bollegraaf Group from Capital A.

Summa Equity, a thematic investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bollegraaf Group, a recycling solutions provider, from Capital A, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bollegraaf is a frontrunner in the recycling industry.
