Hero Group, a private, consumer food manufacturer and marketing company, completed the acquisition of Deliciously Ella, a food blog and brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our multi-year strategy has focused on bringing brands that fit within our core categories with the aim of fulfilling our mission to bring natural, healthy food to consumers,” Rob Versloot, Hero CEO.
