Calvert Street-backed All Clear Underground Solutions, a provider of underground water and wastewater infrastructure repair and rehabilitation services, completed the acquisition of Engineered Spray Solutions, a company that specializes in spray-applied infrastructure rehabilitation and repair linings/coatings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The team at ESS is enthusiastic about our partnership with Brian and the AllClear leadership team.
