TPG to acquire Dutch residential portfolio from European Residential REIT for €695m.

TPG, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Dutch residential portfolio from European Residential REIT, a unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust, with participation from Dream Unlimited and Stadium Capital, for €695m ($773m). “TPG Angelo Gordon is deeply familiar with this portfolio, and together with our partners, we are dedicated to providing tenants a best-in-class experience and homes they can call their own.
