Luminate Capital completed the acquisition of AbsenceSoft from Norwest Venture and Bow River Capital.

Luminate Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of AbsenceSoft, a SaaS platform for leave of absence and accommodations management, from Norwest Venture, a venture firm, and Bow River Capital, a investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
