Platinum Equity and Butterfly completed the acquisition of Rise Baking.

Platinum Equity, a private equity investment firm, and Butterfly, a private equity firm specializing in the food sector, completed the acquisition of Rise Baking, a supplier of bakery products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have built this company into one of the leading bakery platforms in North America thanks to the contributions of our incredible team over the years.
