Mpac Group to acquire Boston Conveyor & Automation for $17m.

Mpac Group, a high-speed packaging and automation solutions provider, agreed to acquire Boston Conveyor & Automation, a supplier of robotic automation and conveyor solutions to the food, life sciences and general industry sectors, for $17m.
