NTG to acquire TC Logistic for €56.9m.

NTG, a transport company, agreed to acquire TC Logistic, a freight forwarder, for €56.9m. “Joining NTG is an ideal fit for us, and we look forward to expanding our offerings and continuing our success with their global scale.
