Synopsis

Whitestone, a company listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange, agreed to acquire Lambda-X Ophtalmics, a global lens metrology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The company is profitable and also shows double-digit growth, in a global and buoyant market, thanks to fundamental trends such as an aging population,” Frédéric Pouchain, Whitestone Group CEO.
