Volution Group to acquire Fantech Group for £144m.

Volution Group, an energy efficient indoor air quality solutions provider, agreedto acquire Fantech Group, a ventilation equipment company, for £144m. "This acquisition, our largest to date, gives Volution a great platform to continue our growth in Australasia.
