Atlantic Financial Group to acquire a 57.93% stake in Société Générale Guinée.

Atlantic Financial Group, a Pan-African banking group, agreed to acquire a 57.93% stake in Société Générale Guinée, a Guinea-based subsidiary of the Société Générale Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. This divestment project is subject to the usual conditions precedent and the validation of the relevant financial and regulatory authorities.
