Kaival Brands Innovations Group to acquire Delta Corp Holdings for $300m.

Kaival Brands Innovations Group, the exclusive US distributor of the Bidi Stick and certain other products manufactured by Bidi Vapor, agreed to acquire Delta Corp Holdings, a global logistics business, for $300m.
