Alantra Private Equity completed the investment in SPW Fabrics.

Alantra Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the investment in SPW Fabrics, a Spanish manufacturer of technical fabrics for sportswear, swimwear, workwear, and healthcare applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SPW Fabrics is a leader in a high-value niche.
