HBM Holdings completed the acquisition of Calcium Products.

HBM Holdings, a privately held global conglomerate focused on strategically acquiring and partnering with middle-market industrial companies, completed the acquisition of Calcium Products, a premier manufacturer of high-quality agricultural fertilizers.
