Brink Forest Products completed the acquisiton of four British Columbia sawmills from Canfor Corporation.

Brink Forest Products, a manufacturer of wood products, completed the acquisiton of four British Columbia sawmills located in Bear Lake, Fort St. John, Vanderhoof, and Houston, from Canfor Corporation, an integrated forest products company that produces and supplies SPF lumber, oriented strand board, plywood, kraft pulp and kraft paper. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is crucial for Brink and the communities we’ve served over the past 50 years. Canfor has been a key partner for more than three decades, and their sawmills are essential to our operations.
