Novapet completed the acquisition of ENSO from GED Capital.

Novapet, an operator in the production of PET, completed the acquisition of ENSO, a PET packaging manufacturer for the food sector, excluding beverages, from GED Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased with our investment in ENSO and with the achievement of all the strategic and financial objectives we had set in our entry.
