GMC to acquire Kvaleberg.

GMC, a company delivering heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration solutions for onshore, offshore and maritime sector, agreed to acquire Kvaleberg, a maritime sector HVAC solutions and offshore installations provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Kvaleberg significantly strengthens the team and service offerings of GMC HVAC, and I am confident that both our existing and new customers will notice the positive effects of this. GMC HVAC has experienced strong growth over the past three years, and with this acquisition, we aim to continue that development.
