Altaris completed the acquisition of Minaris Regenerative Medicine from Resonac.

Altaris, a healthcare investment firm, completed the acquisition of Minaris Regenerative Medicine, a global contract development and manufacturing organization, from Resonac, a chemical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Minaris operates six facilities across the United States, Germany, and Japan and has more than 500 employees. Through its strategic footprint and manufacturing expertise, Minaris enables leading cell therapy companies to deliver life changing products to patients globally," Altaris.
