CHI Aviation to acquire a 74.9% stake in Cargogate Munich Airport from Munich Airport.

CHI Aviation, a heavy-lift helicopter services provider, agreed to acquire a 74.9% stake in Cargogate Munich Airport, a business that handles a range of cargo services, from Munich Airport. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am pleased that we have been able to win a strong strategic partner in CHI for our freight subsidiary Cargogate in order to jointly advance freight development at Munich Airport," Jost Lammers, Munich Airport CEO.
