Tedom Group completed the acquisition of Intergen.

Tedom Group, a multinational group, completed the acquisition of Intergen, a manufacturer of cogeneration units. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is another important step in the development of our activities in the cogeneration sector. This acquisition combines TEDOM’s product portfolio and industrial activities with Intergen’s technological expertise and positioning on the Italian market. This will enable TEDOM to consolidate its image as an international new generation energy group that can efficiently connect energy services with in-house engineering production,” Ladislav Zeman, TEDOM CEO.
