Blue Wolf to acquire Synerlab from Ardian and 21 Centrale Partners.

Blue Wolf, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Synerlab, a CDMO headquartered in Strasbourg, from private equity firms Ardian and 21 Centrale Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted and enthusiastic to bring the team from the seven Recipharm sites together with Synerlab to build a new CDMO platform.
